    2.    Scope

    •    These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between us, Surek GmbH (ILOVE420), and our customers via our online shop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these GTC.

    3.    Conclusion of Contract

    •    The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is concluded by placing an order through the ordering process, which is confirmed by an email.

    4.    Products and Availability

    •    Our offered CBD products, such as CBD oils, flowers, hash, vapes, and seeds, comply with the legal regulations in Austria. The THC content of our products is below 0.2%, and they are therefore legal in Austria and the EU. Please note that some products may be legally classified differently in other countries. Check the legislation in your country before ordering CBD products.

    •    Our products are not suitable for consumption or smoking. Use is at your own risk, and we accept no liability for any health risks.

    5.    Prices and Payment Terms

    •    All prices stated are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed in the order overview.

    •    Payment methods: We offer our customers exclusively PayPal as a payment method, as everyone can access the service of PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, it is very easy to create one. Select PayPal at checkout, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website, then you only need to register with your email and link an active debit or credit card. After that, you can make online payments without any problems. This process takes a maximum of 4 minutes.

    6.    Delivery and Shipping

    •    We currently deliver only within Austria and to the European Union (EU). Delivery time in Austria is approximately 1-3 days, and in the EU typically 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Shipping costs may apply, which are indicated in the order overview.

    7.    Right of Withdrawal

    •    You can cancel your purchase at any time until the time of dispatch. Please understand that a return of the delivered products after dispatch is not possible, as they are consumable products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

    •    Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if their seal has been removed or the product has already been used. This applies particularly to opened CBD oils, flowers, vapes, and similar products.

    8.    Warranty and Liability

    •    The statutory warranty provisions apply. We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional behavior. We accept no liability for health damages caused by improper use of our products. Our products are not approved as medicines and should not be used for the treatment of diseases.

    9.    Retention of Title

    •    The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

    10.    Data Protection

    •    We process personal data only within the framework of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is used only for processing the order and improving our offer and is not disclosed to third parties.

    11.    Final Provisions

    •    The law of the Republic of Austria applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The jurisdiction is, where legally permissible.
