General Terms and Conditions

2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between us, Surek GmbH (ILOVE420), and our customers via our online shop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these GTC.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is concluded when you place an order via the order process, which will be confirmed by email.

4. Products and Availability

Our offered CBD products, such as CBD oils, flowers, hash, vapes, and seeds, comply with the legal regulations in Austria. The THC content of our products is below 0.2%, making them legal in Austria and the EU. Please note that some products may be classified differently in other countries. Please check the legislation in your country before ordering CBD products.

Our products are not intended for consumption or smoking. Use is at your own risk, and we assume no liability for any health risks.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices listed are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed in the order summary.

Payment Methods:

We currently offer PayPal and bank transfer (prepayment) as payment methods. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, it is easy to create one.

Simply select PayPal at checkout, and you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Register with your email and link an active debit or credit card to start making payments. This process takes no longer than 4 minutes.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We currently deliver only within Austria and the European Union (EU). The delivery time in Austria is approximately 1-3 days, while within the EU, it usually takes 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping costs may apply and are indicated in the order summary.

Please note that if you choose bank transfer (prepayment) as your payment method, your order will only be shipped after we have received the payment on our business account. The shipping time starts only after the payment has been processed, not from the moment of order placement.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your order until the moment of dispatch. Please understand that after the product has been shipped, a return is not possible, as our items are classified as consumable goods and are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons once their seal has been removed or the product has been used. This applies in particular to opened CBD oils, flowers, vapes, and similar products.

8. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty provisions apply. We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. We assume no liability for health risks resulting from improper use of our products. Our products are not approved as medicinal products and should not be used for treating diseases.

9. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data only within the framework of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our privacy policy. Your data is used solely for order processing and to improve our services and will not be shared with third parties.

11. Final Provisions

The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is determined according to statutory provisions.
